In my previous post "Trip To Southern Illinois", I mentioned seeing 40+ Snowy Egrets in one spot.
Well, after seeing this, along with a couple other shots by chymerikaen, I believe this flock of pelicans is what I saw. What can I say....we were driving down the highway and I just got a glimpse....
Still, I am envious of this shot and the opportunity to see that many pelicans...right here in Illinois!!

@zooks - Looks like a lot of good times there in your album! If timing works out, I'll be there! I thought you did a very good job running the tourney. If you or anyone wants to get in a game on most any given Tuesday, let me know.
@lola - That picture was actually taken in Southern Illinois...about 4 hours South of here, near Carbondale. Gabby (the girl that took it) has quite a few really nice shots from that area.
